Sripath to Attend 2025 IAT Irish Branch Seminar on the Future of Roadways

The Sripath team will be in attendance during the 2025 Annual IAT Irish Branch Seminar scheduled for April 8 in Athlone, Ireland. The event, titled “The Future of Roads-Resilience, Innovation, Sustainability,” will feature presenters and an expert panel ready to discuss how changes in roadway development practices and technology are set to impact development. Topics will focus on smart technologies, sustainable material use, and resilient design strategies to build more efficient and safe roads.

The Institute of Asphalt Technology (IAT) serves the United Kingdom and Ireland with resources and technical events that promote education across the paving industry. The Irish Branch is one of nine regional branches that runs regular programming for public authorities, suppliers, manufacturers, researchers, and contractors.

Sripath firmly believes in furthering community, innovation, and collaboration across the asphalt paving industry. Representatives from Sripath Innovations, a subsidiary of the Sripath Group of Companies dedicated to supporting the United Kingdom, European Union (EU), and Middle East regions, will be on hand to discuss critical themes affecting the industry. They will also be able to answer questions regarding how our product portfolio can support innovation in asphalt mix design, production, and application while accounting for sustainability in asphalt initiatives.

Sustainable paving has become a focal point for much of the industry. This is particularly true across the EU where aggressive carbon emissions goals are giving rise to construction requirements such as the inclusion of more recycled materials and the need for life cycle assessments when choosing products that could impact carbon reduction targets.

The agency has a proven track record of migrating corporate websites to new platforms while helping with front-end development and maintenance.

Brough brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing, design, and web strategy to her work with Sripath. She holds a business administration degree with a concentration in marketing and double majors in digital media and social/organizational psychology from Merrimack College. Her formal education continued with a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel Graduate College concentrating on training and human factors. For the past 10 years, she worked as a freelance web development and branding specialist supporting numerous businesses in their pursuit of a unified branding strategy and online presence with specific emphasis on WordPress development, HTML, CSS, and custom graphic design.
