About Deepak Madan, PhD | Chief Operating Officer

Deepak Madan is the Chief Operating Officer of Sripath Technologies, LLC. He is responsible for global business development, operations, and corporate strategy for the Sripath Group of Companies.

Madan brings over four decades of professional experience in both engineering and executive leadership roles. He has demonstrated an ability to leverage innovation to fuel corporate growth. With Sripath, he oversees all strategic operations including marketing, business development, research, product development, supply chain management, and corporate strategic planning.

In addition to his leadership role with Sripath, Madan serves as the President of Danik Innovations, LLC, a business consulting firm offering a unique blend of expertise to deliver innovative solutions for its clients. Madan also serves as a fractional executive and advisory board member for select clients.

Prior to founding his consulting firm, Madan held a number of leadership roles within the manufacturing sector, serving in director, vice president, and general manager positions. Through these roles, he established a track record of driving business and revenue growth through new product launches, new application development, new market penetration, mergers and acquisitions, and increasing market share.

Madan emphasizes the importance of corporate growth through a blend of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. For underperforming businesses or those with aggressive growth goals, he has developed and implemented operational and marketing strategies proven to reinvigorate the business. His portfolio also includes several successful acquisitions which he championed.

Madan holds three U.S. Patents. He is the recipient of both the 2024 APMI International Fellow Award and the 2019 MPIF Distinguished Service to Powder Metallurgy Award. He earned both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is an active member of various professional societies including APMI International, ASM International, and TMS International. He is also an elected Member of the Institute of Asphalt Technology, England. Madan has published several papers and articles in the powder metallurgy, additive manufacturing, and roads and infrastructure industries.
