The 9th International Conference for Asphalt Pavements will be held on May 8-9, 2025 in Opatija, Croatia. Organized by the Croatian Asphalt Association (Hrvatska asfaltersko društvo), the event will be held at the Gervais Center. Members of the Sripath Innovations team will be on hand to attend the conference and meet with other attendees to discuss the latest trends and issues impacting the industry.
Conference agenda topics are set to span several areas of interest with sustainability leading the way. Sessions dedicated to green roadway network management, application of low-temperature asphalt, and EAPA decarbonization plans will help attendees understand new innovations in asphalt production and paving that can help lower their carbon footprint as countries within the European Union place emphasis on reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Other topics to be discussed during the event include industry digitization, bitumen modification, compaction methods, and roadway durability.
The Croatian Asphalt Association is a non-profit organization that has served the asphalt and bitumen paving industries since 1999. Membership spans thought leaders, researchers, and contributors from across the asphalt industry including bitumen producers, structural engineers, suppliers, and contractors.
