Krishna Srinivasan, President of Sripath Technologies® presented a technical paper titled “Key Characteristics of an Ideal RAP Rejuvenator” at the “XXII HAPA International Asphalt Conference”, organized by the Hungarian Asphalt Pavement Association (HAPA). The HAPA Conference was held in Siófok, Hungary, February 15 to 16, 2022, with both in-person and virtual participation. Krishna participated virtually and presented his paper on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 11:25 AM CET (5:25 AM US ET). He presented technical data from several case studies demonstrating the effectiveness of Sripath’s ReLIXER® as a leading RAP Rejuvenator on roadways around the globe. He demonstrated that RAP Mixes containing ReLIXER® deliver excellent low temperate properties and outstanding aging performance. ReLIXER® is highly efficient at low dosing levels, is safe to handle, is easy to incorporate into a Mix plant, helps lower greenhouse gas emissions, and generates an overall lower carbon footprint. This ideal rejuvenator allows the use of high-RAP mixes, helps reduce amount of virgin bitumen and aggregates, thus, reducing the overall cost of Mix.
