ButaPhalt® is an innovative crosslinking additive specially engineered to improve performance by allowing sulfur to more effectively form the bridge between polymer and bitumen, resulting in better Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) stability.

ButaPhalt helps reduce and absorb hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) emissions and odor to provide better working conditions and a safer approach to crosslinking technology.

ButaPhalt is highly dosage efficient and a more effective crosslinking additive compared to elemental sulfur. It also improves productivity and provides better thermal stability compared to traditional crosslinkers.

With ButaPhalt, producers can effortlessly achieve the desired PMB Grade and performance. The crosslinking additive is also easy to use and plant-friendly, helping improve productivity, reduce processing time, and lower operational costs.

It is available as both a free-flowing, dust-free powder or as a pumpable liquid suspension.
