ButaPhalt®
Innovative Crosslinking Additive

Effortlessly Improve Performance with More Effective PMB Crosslinking.

Easy to Use. Employee Friendly. Improves Productivity & PMB Stability.

ButaPhalt® is an innovative crosslinking additive, specially engineered to improve performance by allowing sulfur to more effectively crosslink with the polymer during production of Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB).

A production-friendly product, ButaPhalt helps reduce hydrogen sulfide (H2S) emissions and odor, providing for better working conditions and a safer approach to crosslinking technology.

ButaPhalt is highly dosage efficient and a more effective crosslinking additive compared to elemental sulfur. It also provides better thermal stability compared to traditional crosslinkers.

With ButaPhalt, producers can effortlessly achieve desired PMB Grade and performance. The crosslinking additive is also easy to use and helps improve productivity, reduce processing time, and lower operational costs.

Includes innovative formulations using sustainable bio-oils. It is available as both a free-flowing, dust-free powder, or as a pumpable liquid suspension.
